Sweetened Evaporated milk- 1 can
Sweetened condensed milk- 1 can
Kesar mango pulp- ½ can
Mango essence- few drops
Cool Whip- 2 boxes
Saffron- few strands
Optional toppings- pistachios, mango pulp drizzle
Note- For other flavour kulfi, remove mango pulp and essence, and add another can of evaporated milk.
Soak saffron in milk mixture for ½ an hour
Remove saffron and add pulp, essence and 1 whip cream and blend or hand mix.
Pour out half of the mixture from the blender and add another whip cream box into the blender.
Mix all blended materials in a bowl with saffron strands.
freeze, then add toppings.
