Basin - 1 ½ cups (Pulkee)
Salt - 1 teaspoon (Pulkee)
Chili powder - ¼ teaspoon (Pulkee)
Zeera powder - ½ teaspoon (Pulkee)
Onion - 1 small (Pulkee)
Baking soda - 1 pinch (Pulkee)
Baking powder- 1 pinch (Pulkee)
Yogurt - 2 cups (Yogurt mixture)
Sour cream- 1 cup (yogurt mixture) optional
Milk - ½ cup (Yogurt mixture)
Salt - 2 spoons (Yogurt mixture)
Chaat masala - 1 spoon (Yogurt mixture)
Sugar - 1 spoon (Yogurt mixture)
Zeera - 1 tspoon (garnish)
Chilli pepper - 2 whole (garnish)
Curry patta leaves - 2 (garnish)
Blend onion with 1 cup of water
Mix together basin, salt, chili powder, zeera powder, baking soda/powder, and onion water
Add into oil on the stove at medium (5) and cook until its a little brown
Take out and put directly in water for 5 -10 minutes
Mix yogurt, milk, salt, chat masala, and sugar(optional- add 1 cup sour cream )
Squeeze water out of pulkee and add to yogurt mixture
Cook 3 tablespoons of oil with zeera, chili pepper, and curry pattha leaves until zeera is golden for garnish
Pour onto the dish
