I am a Political Scientist turned Geographer at the Human Sciences Research Center at the International Institute of Information Technology, Hyderabad. I received my PhD from CESSMA, Université Paris Cité, France where I continue to be affiliated as a researcher.
I work on public policies and programs that transform governance through digital technologies. I enjoy teaching introductory courses on Urban Studies & Politics and advanced courses in public policy and digitalization of governance.
To escape from academia, I do some printmaking, an artistic medium I have been learning for the past decade. I also enjoy photography (analog and digital), spend some hours gaming, and take joy in aviation.
