STEPS TO ADVANCEMENT
Key Staff: This is the first step in advancing in our company. Our Key staff members are the leaders of the team. They get extra coaching from the manager, experience helping newer reps grow, and earn invites to special events. To be on Key Staff we are looking for 3 things: Positive Attitude, Good Effort, and Performance (being consistent and following the program). This experience helps our sales reps gain skills for their resume, grow in the company, advance into THE Leadership Academy, and helps them earn sales promotions quicker. ASK YOUR MANAGER HOW TO BE A PART OF KEY STAFF.
THE Leadership Academy: Our leadership academy trains and equips a new generation of leaders with the tools necessary to make a significant, long-lasting impact on society. This program provides our reps with opportunities to acquire principles, attitudes, and behaviors conducive to becoming a leader in any field. Focused on 5 Core Topics: Time Management, Energy Management, Financial Knowledge, Managing Others, Self Management. It is a minimal time commitment, but the skills gained are invaluable. Once a member of Key Staff a sales rep can EARN an interview for THE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY after reaching a minimum of $3000-5000 in sales (depending on the time of year).
Assistant Manager: Assistant and Sales Managers is an incredible learning opportunity, a stepping stone for the future, an opportunity to impact others, and help them team. Assistants help the District or Branch manager with certain office duties including, but not limited to: recruiting, managing reps, field training, speaking at meetings, running phone jams, and leading by example. Assistants continue to sell and earn off of their personal sales, but they also receive additional compensation from the office. In order to become an Assistant Manager ASK YOUR MANAGER ABOUT BECOMING AN ASSISTANT MANAGER IN TRAINING (AMIT) FIRST.
Branch Manager: Cutco / Vector Premiere opportunity for students. This is essentially a PAID summer internship where our students can gain experience in entrepreneurship skills, managing others, leading a team, public speaking, running interviews, etc. This also serves as a platform for individuals to gain confidence, impact others, and separate themselves from their peers personally, professionally, and financially. The Key to EARNING Branch Manager is by getting to $10,000 in sales and through success in THE LEADERSHIP ACADEMY.
