For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, we are the Data Controller of your Personal Data.

Data Collection and Use

Personal Data Collection

The Keyku application does not directly collect the data you input. All your input data is stored locally on your device using secure encryption methods and is not uploaded to any servers or shared with third parties.

However, we do collect the following data through our payment management service RevenueCat to view and track your in-app purchases and subscription status:

Please note that RevenueCat can only view subscription data; to cancel or modify subscriptions, you need to do so directly through the Apple system.

These data are collected and processed by RevenueCat on our behalf, and we as developers can access this information to view your purchase and subscription status.

Encryption and Security

All sensitive data you input is encrypted when stored locally on your device. We neither "know" nor store any of your password information. As no storage or transmission method can ever be 100% secure, Keyku cannot guarantee absolute security, but we have taken all reasonable measures to protect your data.

Payment Processing

We may offer paid products and/or services within the Service. In such cases, we use Apple Store In-App Payments for payment processing and RevenueCat as a tool to view and track these payments.

We do not store or collect your payment card details. This information is provided directly to Apple, whose use of your personal information is governed by their privacy policy. Apple's payment processing systems adhere to the PCI-DSS standards managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of payment information.

If you cancel your subscription, the related payment data will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable time. Please note that subscription cancellation must be done directly through the Apple system.

Data Security

The security of your data is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.

If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us.
