Mathematician, quantitative modeling and IA applied to immuno-oncology
Postdoc in COMPO (COMPutational pharmacology and clinical Oncology) research team
I'm actually a post-doctoral researcher in the Team MONC at INRIA Bordeaux. In collaboration with Sébastien Benzekry, we are developping a biologically-based models of the response to ICI in non-small lung cancer. The models are based on the current knowledge in the field of immuno-oncology. Our target is to use advanced statistical learning methods combining machine learning techniques and mixed effect models for the calibration of the models and for the prediction of the response to ICI.
I defended my Phd Thesis the 18th December 2020 on the Mathematical modeling of the tumor-immune system interactions: equilibrium and escape phases (see Scientific Productions ).
