All the best taco flavors packed into a low-carb salad! With seasoned ground beef, crisp lettuce, avocado, and cheddar, it’s both filling and super tasty. It’s perfect for a quick keto lunch when you're craving tacos but want to skip the tortillas.
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 tablespoon taco seasoning (keto-friendly)
4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
1/2 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 avocado, sliced
1/4 cup sour cream
2 tablespoons salsa (sugar-free)
