I am an Assistant Professor at Vienna University of Economics and Business (WU Wien).
My research fields are Labor Economics and Applied Microeconomics. I study the topics of working hours, skills, gender wage gap, and, income inequality. I also conduct research on the historical impact of World War II on the post-war industrial structure in Japan, through the change in the gender composition of human capital.
