Our partnership with NJCEE has allowed us to reach dozens of school districts and to provide educators across the state with opportunities to learn and collaborate across district lines. Dr. Greene has been an integral collaborator in that work as he cultivates relationships with leaders and educators in NJCEE districts. He is a strong leader in the work of equity at the state level, and we are fortunate to be in partnership with him and his colleagues at NJASA. ~ Dayna Muñiz, Associate Director, Coalition for Educational Equity, Graduate School of Education, University of Pennsylvania
Dr. Greene is an invaluable resource in the field of general education and special education law. As an attorney in the field, I have had the privilege of working with him on numerous occasions and have consistently been impressed by his depth of knowledge, practical insights, and unwavering commitment to the education community. His ability to distill complex legal and policy matters into clear, actionable guidance has been instrumental in navigating challenging issues with confidence and clarity. Beyond his expertise, what sets Dr. Greene apart is his approach. He is not only an exceptional educator and consultant but also a true partner in problem-solving. Aside from always being an available resource, his contributions are well-reasoned and tailored to the unique needs of those he serves. I am grateful for his support and the positive impact he has had on my work and the districts I represent. His dedication to ensuring that educators, administrators, and legal professionals alike are equipped with the knowledge and tools they need is truly commendable. ~ Sandra Graise, Attorney, Florio Perrucci Steinhardt Cappelli & Tipton
Dr. Greene provided professional development to our entire staff: teachers, paraprofessionals, office, custodial, and child study team members. During his multi-session workshop, Ken navigated needed discussions with staff on equity topics related to today's climate. He created a collaborative environment where staff felt confident to discuss topics that might otherwise be avoided. The end result was a school action plan to address the state's diversity, equity, and inclusion standards. Ken was well-prepared, knowledgeable, and professional in his approach and comes with my highest recommendation to work with your staff! ~ Matthew Eagleburger, Chief School Administrator, Franklin Township School District
Ken and Diane did a remarkable job of engaging our entire K-12 send/receive leadership team members. They differentiated the material in ways that fostered individual connections, yet tied it all together so that common themes emerged. Moreover, the strengths based development protocol is a tremendously powerful tool to leverage what you do well as opposed to focusing on your weaknesses. ~ Michael Rossi, Jr., Superintendent, Lenape Valley Regional School District
At our annual leadership retreat, Dr. Greene provided relevant and meaningful training for me and my staff. From start to finish, we were engaged in the content, which he was able to personalize and customize based on the immediate feedback he received during our discussions. I left with a sense of rejuvenation, and I look forward to my next opportunity to work with him to fulfill our education-related PD needs. ~ Steven Hagemann, Superintendent, Stanhope School District
