My main academic interests are ethics, moral psychology, political and legal philosophy, and applied ethics. Recently, I'm exploring issues of the human condition, such as birth and death, aging, embodiment, emotions, sociality, etc.

My legal surname is spelled 'Lei' (雷). I use 'Lui' in academic contexts to reflect my Cantonese identity.
