Keith TechGPS respects and protects the privacy rights of all users of our GPS tracking and fleet management services. To deliver accurate and personalized solutions, we collect and process user information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By using Keith TechGPS, you agree to these terms, which form part of our Terms of Service.
- Login credentials: Device serial numbers or custom usernames/passwords.
- Mobile number: For password recovery and SMS alerts (overspeed, theft, emergency, fuel/power failure, geofence entry/exit).
- Email address: For password recovery and alarm notifications.
- Real name & company: Optional, used for account recovery and grouping devices.
- IP address: Logged for security and anti-fraud monitoring.
- Phone location: Temporarily used for GPS correction; deleted after use.
- WiFi hotspots: For attendance and check-in features.
- Camera & microphone: For avatar uploads and voice communication with devices.
- Notifications: Push alerts for all device alarms.
- Local storage & cookies: For login persistence and personalized services.
Keith TechGPS does not collect government IDs, health data, phonebook contacts, or financial details. Payments are handled securely via third-party gateways.
- Free trial: Each device is free for the first year.
- Per-device billing: After the free year, each device is billed at $1 USD per month.
- Airtime top-up: Users can conveniently top up airtime every month to maintain active service.
- Payment gateways: EcoCash, InnBucks, Omari, and Smile Cash (powered by ZB Bank).
- Keith TechGPS does not store financial details; only payment results are accessed.
C. Data Transmission & Deletion
- All data is encrypted via HTTPS before storage.
- Users can delete devices or accounts anytime; related data is automatically erased.
- Historical logs are retained for 3 months only.
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data. Sharing occurs only:
- To deliver requested services
- As required by law or judicial authorities
- To resolve disputes in transactions
- Passwords are encrypted; accounts include security protections.
- Users must safeguard login details.
- Keith TechGPS applies industry-standard measures but cannot guarantee “perfect security.”
- Maps SDKs: Google, Baidu, Gaode, Tencent, Bing, Mapbox, ArcGIS, OSM.
- Push notifications: JPush, Getui.
- Analytics: Aurora Analytics, Getui Analytics.
- Framework: Uniapp (DCloud).

- Fleet monitoring and management
