Keil Mdk V4.21 Download !LINK!

I'm using the MDK v4.21 with the ULink2 for debugging. My problemis, that the uVision crashes as soon as I press the debugging buttonto start debugging. I use the uVision only for debugging my softwarevia a *.elf (dwarf2) input file. The software is compiled externallyvia a makefile. I found out, that the debugger does not crash when Idisable the "Load Application at Startup" option in the Debug tabwithin the configurations. As soon as I enable this option, thedebugger crashes. The device that I use is the STM32F103ZE on aSTM3210E eval board. Crahsing does not depend on the interface(JTAG/SW).

I am using Keil to edit the "DataLog" example application provided in STSW-STLKT01_V2.5.0. I want to use the MotionDI library to get orientation and linear acceleration of my device (STEVAL-STLKT01V1) in real time. For that purpose, I want to insert the MotionDI_update(&data_out, &data_in) function in the DataLog application code. The DataLog application code uses 2 threads to get and print the data from accelerometer and gyroscope. I add the MotionDI_update(&data_out, &data_in) in the WriteData_Thread. However, my code hangs after I get the orientation and acceleration for the first time. How to get rid of this issue?
