1. Information We Do Not Collect (No Cloud Storage)
Keepr operates exclusively on your mobile device.
No Account Creation: You do not need to create an account, log in, or provide an email address to use the App.
No Remote Storage: All relationship and interaction data you input—such as names, dates of your last interactions, notes, and contact frequencies—is stored locally on your device.
No Server Uploads: We do not own, operate, or maintain any external servers to store, backup, or sync your relationship data.
2. Information Collected Automatically
No Third-Party Analytics: We do not use any third-party analytics tools (like Firebase, Google Analytics, or Mixpanel) to track your behavior, usage patterns, or screens visited.
No Crash Reporting: We do not use third-party crash reporting tools (like Sentry or Crashlytics). Any technical logs or performance diagnostics remain completely on your device.
3. Device Permissions
To provide its core features, Keepr may request specific device permissions. You can grant or revoke these at any time via your device settings:
Contacts: If granted, this allows you to import individuals from your device's address book into Keepr. The App reads this data locally to populate your list. It never transmits your contacts to us or any third party.
Notifications: If granted, this allows your device to trigger local alerts and reminders to reach out to people. These notifications are generated entirely by your device operating system, not by an external server.
4. Data Sharing and Third Parties
Because we do not collect, capture, or store your data, we cannot and do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties, advertisers, or government agencies.
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Your Control: You have full control over your data. You can edit, modify, or delete individual relationship logs directly inside the App at any time.
App Deletion: Uninstalling Keepr from your device will permanently delete all data, logs, and notes stored within the App. Because your data is not backed up to a cloud server, it cannot be recovered once the App is uninstalled.
6. Global Compliance (GDPR, CCPA, and Others)
Keepr is available globally. Because the App does not collect, process, or transmit personal data to external servers, it inherently respects global privacy frameworks, including the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). Your data remains entirely under your physical control on your personal device.
7. Children's Privacy
Keepr does not knowingly collect or solicit personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13 (or 16 in certain jurisdictions). Since all data remains locally on the user's device, we have no access to data input by children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in functionality or legal requirements. Any updates will be published within the App with a revised "Effective Date" at the top of this policy.
