Indian culture is an integral part of our identities and we believe that it should be spread and cherished in America as well. We have raised $4000 thus far and hope to raise more money for A Kid Again by sustaining Indian heritage and culture in the form of music, shlokas, bhajans, and dance. All proceeds will be donated to A Kid Again.
A Kid Again is a non-profit organization that “makes lives for families caring for a child with a life-threatening illness “normal” again by helping them gain back moments of positive, family-shared experiences and memories.” It provides cost free, fun filled destination events throughout the year, called adventures, to children with terminal illnesses, allowing them to feel like "A Kid Again." They have served over 206,000 people since they started. Our proceeds go to the Central Ohio Chapter of A Kid Again, sponsoring children’s adventures at Magic Mountain, Columbus Zoo, Kings Island, and more.

Cost of $8.00 per lesson will be donated to A Kid Again.
Tailored toward the Pradosham Pooja occurring every Trayodashi (twice a month) at all the temples, students will be taught Lingashtakam, small Shiva bhajans, Mantrapushpam, etc. They can then come participate in these temple programs. Cost of $5.00 per lesson will be donated to A Kid Again.
KOCA is founded by Maanasa Nandigam, Nidhi Marpadga, and Meghana Nandigam. We are high schoolers at Dublin Jerome High School, and we are interested in sharing our culture and in the process contributing to those in need.
