KC Smart Services provides a variety of handyman, smart home automation, security camera installation, drywall repair, and other related services. While we strive to provide accurate information about our services, we do not guarantee that the information on our website or booking page is always complete, accurate, or up-to-date.

Payment

By making a payment through our payment link, you agree to our payment terms as outlined in our Service Agreement. All payments are processed securely through Square. Please review your payment details carefully before submitting.

Liability

KC Smart Services is committed to providing high-quality services. However, we are not responsible for any damages or losses that may occur as a result of our services, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury, or data loss. We recommend that you back up any important data before we begin any work.

KC Smart Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the services provided.

Warranty

* Product Warranty: We offer a 30-day warranty on all devices and equipment installed by KC Smart Services, provided the equipment was supplied by us. This warranty covers defects in the products themselves. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear.

* Labor Warranty: KC Smart Services offers an installation guarantee for 30 days. If there's any fault specifically resulting from the installation, we will return and provide a repair or adjustment within 30 days.

* After 30 Days: After 30 days, we are no longer liable for any product malfunction or issues caused by misuse. However, we would be happy to schedule a service call for a specific charge depending on the task. This will be discussed before the appointment. For more details, please refer to our Service Agreement.

Changes to Services

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue our service offerings, pricing, or service area at any time without prior notice.

Third-Party Products

We may use third-party products or services in connection with our services. We are not responsible for the performance or reliability of these products or services.

Governing Law

This disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah.
