Work record review calculations will use the applicant’s most recent 18 months of actual full–time service. A month of actual full–time service is defined as a calendar month in which the applicant worked 15 or more full or partial days, regardless of part-time or Full-Time status.
If an applicant has less than 18 qualifying months of full–time service, the applicant will be disqualified from continuing in the process due to insufficient recent experience to evaluate the employee’s record.
The maximum time frame that will be examined for this recruitment process will be 36 months.
