In addition to the decorations, the recipient to one of the orders is also awarded a Decoration Diploma. The first Decoration Diploma was awarded to Emperor Seongchi of Myeonghan Realm on Third Day of Yayoi (Sensho), Honmyo First Year [ April 5, 2024 ] The diploma is a certificate bearing the name of the recipient, the name of the order awarded, the date of the award, the name of the awarding authority, etc., along with the Imperial Seal. All the text in the diplomas is written vertically.
On July 11th, the Decorations Bureau announced that it had completed it's designs and planning on the new Decorations Diplomas. These new designs removed filed such as : Designation of Receiver, Seal of the Grand Chancellor of the Realm and Seal of the Chief of the Decorations Bureau, and added new fields like : Signature of the Monarch, Signature of The Grand Chancellor of the Realm and Signature of the Chief of Decorations Bureau.

The date is written in the Traditional Yatanese way. First comes the 'Kigen' (years since founding), followed by the 'Nengo' (Era Name), Month and Day, followed by the fortune that day. See Calendar .
The Nationality of the Receiver can be transliterated into Hiragana, or written in Kanji (see above), if the Receiver's State has a name that uses Kanji or Hanzi.
The Official Designation of the Receiver in the State of their nationality is written in Kanji.
The Name and Rank of the Order the Receiver is being conferred is written in Kanji.
The Imperial State seal is affixed on the Diploma. It is the symbol of the Emperor's supremacy and his position as the Sovereign of the Orders.
