Main Role:
Developing high quality of sales strategies in order to increase the sales value.
Manage the operation and team to going on smoothly, including resolve the issue of operation.
Manage and update the team working schedule.
Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales team.
Deal with the dealer shops to keep the operation going on smoothly in order to be expanded the connection.
Handle weekly report of each showrooms and monthly report of sales volume.
Summarize and calculate the incentive – fuel allowance of the team.
Qualification:
Bachelor Degree or above in business management or related fields.
Strong in communication in English and Lao.
3 years of sales management and cooperation with dealer shop.
Strong in computer Skill : MS office, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.
Good personality, active person, has a leader skill.
Holding AB driver’s license is requirement.
Good knowledge in finance or business-related field is advantage.
