I am an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, with a concurrent role as a Visiting Professor at the MIT Sloan School of Management for the academic year 2023–2024. 

Research Areas: Behavioral Economics, Industrial Organizations, Marketing, and Labor Economics. 

My work combines insights from behavioral economics with field data and experiments to study social norms and identity and how these constructs shape and are shaped by economic incentives and policies in various market settings.
