Group Leader of the Landscape Biogeochemistry Lab at the University of Idaho. I am interested in how the interactions between vegetation, soils, and water process and retain nutrients and organic matter across different spatial and temporal scales.

Dr. Isabell von Rein
Dr. von Rein received her Ph.D. from the Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin. She is a scientist in the Biogeochemistry Core Facility specializing in isotopic and molecular markers. She is interested in soil and plant interactions as well as new biogeochemical methodologies.
