Welcome to Kawaii: Cute & HD Wallpapers (the "App"). This App is developed and operated by Appventure ("we," "us," or "our").
By downloading, installing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
All content within the App, including but not limited to wallpapers, images, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Appventure or is used with permission/license.
We grant you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to download and use the wallpapers provided in the App strictly for personal, non-commercial use (e.g., as a background for your mobile device).
You are strictly prohibited from:
Selling, licensing, or distributing the wallpapers to third parties.
Uploading the wallpapers to other wallpaper apps or websites.
Using the images for commercial merchandise (e.g., printing on t-shirts, mugs, or cases).
Removing any watermarks or proprietary notices (if any).
The App offers In-App Purchases (IAP), such as "Remove Ads" and "Credits" (Virtual Currency).
Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store (for iOS users) or Google Play Store (if applicable). We do not store your payment information.
Virtual Items: "Credits" purchased in the App have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other users.
Refunds: Refunds for In-App Purchases are subject to the policies of the platform provider (Apple or Google). Appventure generally cannot issue refunds directly; you must contact the App Store support for refund requests.
Expiration: We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Virtual Items system with reasonable notice.
The App is supported by advertising (via Google AdMob).
We may display advertisements from third parties.
We are not responsible for the content, products, or services offered in these advertisements.
Interacting with ads is at your own risk.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others. While we create our own designs, if you believe that any content in our App infringes your copyright, please contact us immediately.

A description of the copyrighted work.
A screenshot or description of where the material is located in the App.
Your contact information.
Upon receiving a valid request, we will remove the infringing content immediately.
You agree not to:
Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App.
Use the App in any way that violates local, national, or international laws.
Attempt to bypass or manipulate the "Credits" system or interfere with the delivery of advertisements.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE."
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, APPVENTURE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
IN NO EVENT SHALL APPVENTURE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Türkiye.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
