Oerstedia dorsalis (Abildgaard, 1806)

レア度：よくわからない

形態：体長3cm程度。白い頭部に褐色まだらな胴体をもち、および背面の不連続帯が特徴的である。本種は非常に多彩な色彩多型を示し (Sundberg et al. 2009)、日本近海からは var. aequalis Iwata, 1954、var. albolineata Bürger, 1895、var. viridis Bürger, 1895 の3変種が知られる (Iwata 1954)。本個体もそれらの範疇と思われる。

生息域：ソーティング中に発見。

生態：厚岸では、8月にエダウミヒドラ Eudendrium annulatumの茎部に付着した卵塊が観察され、成体は21～25個の卵塊を産出する (Iwata 1960)。卵から直接稚体がふ化する (Iwata 1960)。端脚類や等脚類を食べる (McDermott & Snyder 1988)。

その他：現在、日本近海の変種群は独立した種であると考えられている (Akhmatova et al. 2012)。
