Katrina Sriranpong, former Vancouver lawyer, believes change moves at the speed of empathy and is dedicated to making the world a better place through philanthropy. Katrina Sriranpong has a deep interest in assisting vulnerable populations and is dedicated to a number of humanitarian causes.
This is exemplified through her strong and consistent support of charities dedicated to anti-human trafficking, especially of children, assisting refugees, caring for orphans and also advocating for animal rights and protection.
Katrina Sriranpong was the only Thai speaking immigration lawyer in Vancouver, British Columbia, which allowed her to serve Thai clients in their native language. She is a mother of two children and enjoys spending time with her family travelling, hiking around beautiful North Vancouver, reading about health and nutrition as well as advocating for human rights.
Katrina worked as a lawyer in Vancouver and Calgary assisting refugees settle in Canada from conflict regions and has also assisted victims of human trafficking settle in Canada. She frequently advocates for the rights of children in war-torn countries, spreading awareness about their immigration challenges. She was admitted into the Law Society Admission Program and called to the BC Bar in 2012 and the Bar of Alberta in 2013.
