KATrigg Privacy Policy

KATrigg ("the App") is a mobile application designed to control Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices using mobile devices.

We value your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information is processed when you use the App and how it is used.

1. Information We Collect

KATrigg does not collect, sell, or share your personal information with third parties.

The App does not collect:

• Your name

• Your email address

• Your phone number

• Personal identification information

• Your location history

• Your contacts

• Your photos or videos

• Audio recordings from your microphone or recordings from your camera

2. Bluetooth Permissions

KATrigg uses Bluetooth permissions to discover and communicate with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices.

Bluetooth is used solely for the following purposes:

• Scanning for nearby compatible devices

• Connecting to a device selected by the user

• Sending commands to the connected device

• Managing the Bluetooth connection status

Communication via Bluetooth is limited to the device explicitly selected by the user.

3. Location Permission

On some versions of Android, the operating system requires Location permission to perform Bluetooth scanning.

KATrigg:

• Does not collect your location.

• Does not store your location.

• Does not transmit your location to our servers.

• Does not create or maintain a location history.

This permission is required solely because of Android's technical requirements for Bluetooth scanning.

4. Internet Connection

The core functionality of KATrigg does not require an internet connection.

The App is designed to communicate with local devices via Bluetooth.

If future versions introduce online features such as update checks or similar services, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

5. Advertisements

KATrigg does not display advertisements.

6. Analytics

KATrigg:

• Does not track user behavior.

• Does not collect advertising identifiers.

• Does not use analytics services.

• Does not send usage statistics to our servers.

If Firebase Analytics or similar services are integrated in future versions, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

7. Data Storage

User-created settings and device preferences may be stored locally on your device.

This information is not transmitted to the developer.

8. Third-Party Services

KATrigg does not use third-party services that process user data.

If such services are introduced in future versions, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

9. Children's Privacy

KATrigg does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

10. Data Security

The App is designed to keep user data on the device whenever possible.

Bluetooth communication is performed only with devices explicitly selected by the user.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.

Any changes will become effective on the date specified within the App or on the App's store listing.
