In the Fall if 2020, I co-founded and for the 2020-21 academic year I co-chaired the Council for Math Majors (CoMM), a student run advocacy group and support network for undergraduates in the math department.
In the 2020-21 academic year, I was the co-president of the Undergraduate Society for Women in Math (USWIM). We piloted a mentorship program (including over 80 people). In the 2019-2020 academic year, I was outreach co-chair for USWIM, where I co-planned a math competition for 50+ middle school girls.
From August 2019 to May 2021, I served on dynaMIT's board of directors. Each year, we plan a two week long, free summer STEM program for low-exposure middle school students in the Boston area. As a dynaMIT board member, I developed mathematics curriculum for two years of dynaMIT programming.
In the Spring of 2021, I mentored two high school students on a project in game theory as part of MIT's PRIMES Circle Program.
In the 2020-21 and 2021-22 academic year, I mentored for the USWIM mentorship program.
Durning the 2019-20 academic year, I was an associate advisor for a group of eight first year students.
In August of 2019, I mentored for the summer 2019 dynaMIT program (before joining dynaMIT Board of Directors)
From Oct 2018- Mar 2020 I was a mentor at Girls' Angle.
In March 2021, I gave an expository talk at the Undergraduate Math Association (UMA) about the braid group. Slides.
In November 2020, I taught a class about Women in Math for Splash.
In late January 2019, I gave a series of workshops in Italy to encourage Italian high schoolers (and specifically female Italian high schoolers) to pursue STEM degrees and careers post-high school with a group called Soroptimists.
