Experience

• The goal of our research is to determine the photoconductivity of our Ga2O3 semiconductor sample.

• My role will be to record and run spectral scans of the sample, troubleshoot errors such as electric noise/software issues, and write summary reports on research progress.

• I will be collaborating with Gabe Marciaga and Professor Alfons Schulte to produce results on sample performance for a new paper. This is highly relevant given the variety of solar blind device applications for beta gallium oxide (Ga2O3) semiconductors.
