The goal of our research is to determine the photoconductivity of our Ga2O3 semiconductor sample.
My role will be to record and run spectral scans of the sample, troubleshoot errors such as electric noise/software issues, and write summary reports on research progress.
I will be collaborating with Gabe Marciaga and Professor Alfons Schulte to produce results on sample performance for a new paper. This is highly relevant given the variety of solar blind device applications for beta gallium oxide (Ga2O3) semiconductors.
