The Challenge: Paragon One has recently updated their values and wanted to ensure they had a full employee handbook and culture guide to explain these values and support employees. In addition to needing these documents, it was important for leadership to be able to have a resource that would allow them to execute behavioral interviewing to screen for culture fit.
What KBC Delivered: In working with this client, I was excited to create an engaging, vibrant employee handbook that covers the culture as well as policies and procedures. Additionally, I created a robust interview guide that includes questions aligned to each of the seven values, with a rating system that auto calculated. The interviewer can now use this guide see the overall score and where the range falls for culture fit.
The Challenge: Delta needed some fresh ways to recruit top talent and organize their workforce.
What KBC Delivered: I built an employer brand guide, job description template and targeted candidate personas. Additionally, I worked to restructure their organization. This elevated Delta's recruitment marketing and created a standardized way of hiring that ensured full culture fit.
The Challenge: NGM was in need of an overhaul for their onboarding program. They wanted to make it more engaging and also allow opportunities for attendees to interact with the information in a new and fresh way.
What KBC Delivered: I built an interactive participant guide for employees to have physically in front of them during training. It lines up with all presentations show in the room and allows new hires to take notes, but also apply the culture elements of NGM by reflecting on how each topic has granted them a new skill.
The Challenge: HSM did not have a formal employer brand or culture guide. They had a single deck with outdated imagery and no concrete story. They also had no documented employee or candidate personas to aid in their recruitment efforts
What KBC Delivered: I built a robust employer brand guide that outlined their culture, values, the work they do, their vision, mission and purpose and an engaging brand story. The guide also outlined key employee personas. This guide has provided a fresh new approach to their culture and hiring practices.
The Challenge: Semforex is a strong brand with an incredible story, but they struggled to bring it all together. They needed assistance defining their story and weaving it into a brand and marketing strategy.
What KBC Delivered: Interviewing the founders, current staff, and targeted buyer personas, I pulled together a strong and authentic story. I captured the story in a robust brand book and did some initial brand activation across key social media channels. Additionally, I was able to create a physical brochure for them to use on sales call. These resources now serve as a foundation for Semforex's Go-To-Market Strategy and brand identity.
