Everyone grieves in their own unique way but no one has to do it alone.

Facing Grief::

How do people with no belief in God handle a tragedy like losing a child? People said things like, "He's with Jesus now.": How could they say that? What did Jesus need with my son? How could Mark be better off with Jesus? Mark is dead!

Terrible things happen to people. Just pick up any newspaper and every day you can read of people being killed, of storms shattering innocent lives. If someone suffers abuse, chronic illness, divorce, or other tribulations that cause part of that person to die, is their pain worse? No. You just can't compare pain.

It's so very important for someone that is suffering grief of any kind to acknowledge and understand their grief. It's also important that you allow others to recognize what you are going through.
