Bu gizlilik politikası, Nexvel Studios tarafından geliştirilen KASLA! mobil oyunu için geçerlidir.
OYUNUN KENDİSİ
KASLA! hesap oluşturmayı gerektirmez; ad, e-posta, telefon numarası veya kişi listesi istemez. Oyun ilerlemeniz (skorlar, kas seviyeleri, görevler, başarımlar) ve oyun ayarlarınız yalnızca kendi cihazınızda saklanır ve Nexvel Studios'a gönderilmez. Nexvel Studios'un bu verileri topladığı veya işlediği bir sunucusu yoktur.
Oyunda aşağıda açıklanan iki Google hizmeti kullanılır. Bu hizmetler bazı verileri cihazınızdan Google'a iletir.
REKLAMLAR (GOOGLE ADMOB)
Oyun, Google AdMob aracılığıyla reklam gösterir. Google'ın açıklamasına göre AdMob SDK'sı reklam, analiz ve sahtekârlığı önleme amacıyla aşağıdaki verileri otomatik olarak toplar ve paylaşır:
- IP adresi (cihazın yaklaşık konumunu tahmin etmek için kullanılabilir)
- Uygulama ve reklam etkileşimleri (ör. uygulamanın açılması, dokunmalar, video reklam izlemeleri)
- Teşhis bilgileri (ör. uygulama açılış süresi, donma oranı, enerji kullanımı)
- Cihaz tanımlayıcıları (ör. Android reklam kimliği, uygulama grubu kimliği)
Bu veriler aktarım sırasında şifrelenir ve Google'ın kontrolünde işlenir. Ayrıntılar için Google Gizlilik Politikası'na (https://policies.google.com/privacy) ve Google'ın, hizmetlerini kullanan uygulamalardan gelen bilgileri nasıl kullandığına (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites) bakabilirsiniz. Reklam kimliğinizi sıfırlayabilir veya kişiselleştirilmiş reklamları cihazınızın ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.
UYGULAMA İÇİ DEĞERLENDİRME (GOOGLE PLAY)
Oyun, belirli anlarda Google Play'in değerlendirme penceresini açabilir. Puan vermek ve yorum yazmak tamamen isteğe bağlıdır; pencereyi kapatıp oynamaya devam edebilirsiniz. Değerlendirme gönderirseniz girdiğiniz puan ve yorum Google Play tarafından işlenir ve Google hesabınızla ilişkili, herkese açık bir Play Store incelemesi olarak yayımlanır. Diğer tüm Play Store incelemeleri gibi geliştirici de bu incelemeyi Play Console'da görebilir ve yanıtlayabilir. İncelemenizi dilediğiniz zaman Play Store'dan silebilirsiniz.
ÇOCUKLARIN GİZLİLİĞİ
KASLA! 13 yaşın altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve Nexvel Studios bilerek çocuklardan kişisel veri toplamaz.
VERİ SİLME
- Oyun verileri: uygulamayı kaldırmanız, cihazınızdaki tüm oyun verilerini siler.
- Reklam verileri: Google tarafından işlenir. Reklam kimliğinizi cihaz ayarlarından sıfırlayabilir veya silebilir, Google hesabınızla ilişkili veriler için https://myaccount.google.com adresini kullanabilirsiniz.
- Değerlendirmeler: Play Store'daki incelemenizi dilediğiniz zaman silebilirsiniz.

KASLA! — Privacy Policy

This privacy policy applies to the mobile game KASLA! developed by Nexvel Studios.
THE GAME ITSELF
KASLA! requires no account and never asks for your name, email, phone number, or contacts. Your game progress (scores, muscle levels, quests, achievements) and game settings are stored only on your device and are never sent to Nexvel Studios. Nexvel Studios operates no server that collects or processes this data.
The game uses the two Google services described below. These services transmit some data from your device to Google.
ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)
The game shows ads via Google AdMob. According to Google, the AdMob SDK automatically collects and shares the following data for advertising, analytics, and fraud prevention purposes:
- IP address (which may be used to estimate the approximate location of the device)
- App and ad interactions (e.g. app launches, taps, video ad views)
- Diagnostic information (e.g. app launch time, hang rate, energy usage)
- Device identifiers (e.g. Android advertising ID, app set ID)
This data is encrypted in transit and processed under Google's control. For details, see the Google Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and how Google uses information from apps that use its services (https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites). You can reset your advertising ID or opt out of personalized ads in your device settings.
IN-APP REVIEWS (GOOGLE PLAY)
At certain moments the game may open Google Play's review dialog. Leaving a rating or review is entirely optional; you can close the dialog and keep playing. If you submit a review, the rating and text you enter are processed by Google Play and published as a public Play Store review associated with your Google account. Like any other Play Store review, the developer can see and reply to it in Play Console. You can delete your review from the Play Store at any time.
CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
KASLA! is not directed to children under 13, and Nexvel Studios does not knowingly collect personal data from children.
DATA DELETION
- Game data: uninstalling the app deletes all game data on your device.
- Advertising data: processed by Google. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device settings, and use https://myaccount.google.com for data associated with your Google account.
- Reviews: you can delete your Play Store review at any time.
