The Journey

A shikara at dawn, snow underfoot by afternoon.

Six days, one valley, and a landscape that changes completely every time you turn a corner - houseboats on Dal Lake, cable cars over snow-capped peaks, meadows built for pony rides, and a waterfall locals call the Niagara of Kashmir.

Day 01

Arrival at Srinagar

• Departure from respective cities, traveling to Srinagar - one of the Indian Armed Force operated airports.

• As soon as we reach Srinagar, we head straight to the most famous experience in the valley: a "Shikara Ride" at Dal Lake. Gliding through the calm waters while taking in the panoramic views around you, this is the jewel of Kashmir.

• Overnight stay at a wonderful houseboat on Dal Lake.

Day 02

Gulmarg

• Starting the day early and heading to the best part of Kashmir - the "Gondola Ride at Gulmarg," the second-highest cable car in the world.

• Enjoying the beauty of Gulmarg, which offers breathtaking panoramic views of the snow-capped Himalayas. You can also enjoy the snow sledging point, skiing, and the frozen lakes.

Day 03

Sonamarg

• Sonamarg had historical significance and was a gateway on the ancient Silk Route, along with Gilgit, connecting Kashmir with China and other Gulf countries. It's the last destination point in the Kashmir Valley en route to Ladakh and the Holy Amarnath Cave through Baltal.

• Sonmarg's tourist spots are abundant with natural beauty, gushing rivers, and pristine glaciers. This quaint little town is nestled between snow-clad mountains. You can enjoy a pony ride or a sledge ride here.

Day 04

Pahalgam

• Mini-Switzerland in Kashmir refers to the picturesque valleys located at Pahalgam. This charming area is renowned for its stunning natural beauty, lush green meadows, and serene environment, closely resembling Swiss landscapes.

• The Bollywood-famous Betab Valley, Chandanwari & Baisaran Valley are the standout spots to visit at Pahalgam.

Day 05

Aharbal Waterfall

• On the way, we can enjoy the serene beauty of saffron fields and fresh apple gardens, where you can browse varieties of apple, fresh saffron and other local produce. Be ready to hop for a shop.

• Known as the "Niagara Falls of Kashmir," the rumble of fierce white water gushing through, amplified by the tranquil surroundings, is like nature's own drumbeat - merging into a pool of calm, azure blue water after the 25-metre fall. This one promises to mesmerize not just nature lovers, but avid photographers too.

Day 06

Departure

• Departing Srinagar with fantabulous memories and a lifetime experience, headed back to hometown.
