My name is Karoline Ströhlein and I am a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Regensburg.

I obtained my Ph.D. (Dr. rer. pol.) from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. I obtained my master's degree from the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen with Double Degree at the Università degli studi di Pavia (Italy) and my bachelor's degree from the University of Konstanz.

My research interests cover Behavioral and Experimental Economics, Personnel Economics, Future of Work, and Economics of Regulation.
