Payments & Refunds

On all of my commissions I ask for payments upfront. All payments must be made through PayPal.

If there is a problem and I cannot do your commission, you will be refunded in full. However, if I have already started working on your commission and you decide you no longer want it, you will either get a partial refund or no refund depending on how long I have already spent working on it.

If you request any major changes that weren't discussed prior to starting the commission then you will be charged fees, especially if it's after the commission has been fully finalized between us.

Turnaround Time & Working Hours

If you wish to have your commission completed by a deadline please ask me!   Queue jumping may be available but will result in extra fees.

I always work on my commissions in order of who paid first as it is just fair that way. Of course, larger commissions will take a lot more time to complete. Please be patient with me. If you are worried about your commission you can always check my queue which is located here on my trello. If not, you can always contact me.

Uploading your Commissions

When I have finished your commission, I will possibly upload some it to my social media, unless you request me not to do so. You will be sent your commission file via  a Mediafire/Google Drive folder link. I am also able to upload finished VrChat retextures to your VrChat account for you if necessary.
