Research Interests
My research lies in General Relativity, with a particular focus on its mathematical aspects.
During my PhD at BITS Goa, I worked on gravitational collapse and spacetime singularities, including the strength of singularities and the formation of naked singularities.
During my time in Tübingen and later in Bochum, Germany, I began working on null geodesics in black hole spacetimes. In particular, I developed an interest in studying trapped photon regions, with emphasis on their geometry and topology in cotangent space, as well as questions related to closed null geodesics.
Since moving to Vienna, I have begun working on low-regularity Lorentzian geometry: spacetimes with less regular metric tensors as well as Lorentzian length spaces.
