I was part of the team that overhauled the Starbucks.com/coffee section, which entailed rolling out a set of robust, immersive pages across dozens of sites across the globe. New features allow customers to easily and intuitively find their perfect coffee, learn how to brew, and shop for favorite roasts online.
Starbucks.com is seen by customers around the world, with regionally relevant content delivered in a variety of languages. We in the spring of 2014, we rolled out a global update to our homepage, featuring a more modern design and a flexible system that allows our global markets to offer a rich and informative experience for our customers.
The Store Locator is one of the most-used features on Starbucks.com. Working with the Global Web Team, I helped to flesh out wireframes to create a clean, attractive and intuitive interface.
I was part of the team tasked with improving Starbucks.com’s eGfit section. The design we created improved the selection and purchase process for the customer and allowed the card team to offer more choices from its library of artful eGift cards.
