Woman's Self Defense
“Your personal protection is your own responsibility.”
The Woman’s Self Defense seminar, created by USA Seishin Karate, is designed to help students, women in particular, think in a better way to better help protect themselves. This course teaches practical and real-world self defense thinking styles, and augments a woman’s natural self defense arsenal. Students will learn how to make their intuitive sense work for them, how to accurately asses danger, how to judge male behavior, how to become a human lie detector, how to always keep the odds and chances in their favor, and how to safely and effectively extricate themselves from potentially dangerous situations.
This course is geared toward mature girls and women, and addresses mature concerns.
The Woman’s Self Defense program was developed by Shihan Ray Martens, a 6th Degree Black Belt and former Navy Seal, with over forty years of Martial Arts teaching experience. The classes will be a combination of physical, psychological, and philosophical lessons, with a focus on helping participants think in a different way to better protect themselves.
