AI Karaoke Video Maker lets you create karaoke videos using audio, lyrics, photos, and videos that you choose. This policy explains how the app handles your data on Android, iOS, and the web.
The app accesses only the audio, photos, and videos you select for editing. Projects, lyrics, timing information, preferences, and exported files are stored on your device or in your browser’s storage.
When you use an online feature, our server and relevant service providers may receive technical information needed to handle the request, such as your IP address and the time of the request.
On Android and iOS, the app downloads a speech recognition model from Hugging Face when needed. Lyric recognition then runs on your device. Your audio is not uploaded for lyric recognition. Hugging Face may receive technical information associated with the model download request.
When you choose to separate vocals, the selected audio is uploaded to the AI Karaoke Video Maker processing service. Depending on the available service and your selection, it may be processed on that server or sent to AudioShake or Replicate. The resulting instrumental and vocal tracks are returned to the app and saved on your device.
Our service requests deletion of temporary processing files after the results are downloaded or a job is cancelled. Completed files remaining on our service expire after one hour. AudioShake and Replicate handle data under their own policies. A job already submitted to either provider may continue after you stop waiting in the app.
In the app’s current configuration, real Premium purchases and vocal separation credit purchases are not enabled, and advertising is disabled.
If purchases are enabled, Apple App Store or Google Play will process payments. RevenueCat may receive an app-specific customer identifier and transaction information needed to verify Premium access, credits, and restored purchases. AI Karaoke Video Maker does not receive or store your complete payment card details. See the privacy policies of RevenueCat, Apple, and Google.
We will update this policy before enabling advertising in a future version.
Projects and files stored on your device or in your browser remain there until you delete them or clear the app or browser data. Clearing app data may remove your projects, exported files, and the identifier used to access purchased credits. Save copies of anything you want to keep.
To request a review or deletion of data held by our online processing service, email diepquocphong@gmail.com. We will address data under our control and assist with requests involving service providers where possible. App stores and payment providers retain transaction records under their own policies.
Online service connections are configured to use HTTPS. We take reasonable measures to protect data during transfer and processing, but no electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure. Service providers may process information outside your country of residence.
You can edit local projects without using online vocal separation. You can manage the app’s access to photos, videos, and files in your device settings. For questions about your data or deletion requests, contact diepquocphong@gmail.com.
The app is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, contact us so we can review and address it.
We may update this policy when the app’s features or service providers change. The “Last updated” date above identifies the current version.
