Bu politika, mantık kapısı bulmaca oyunu Kapı Ustası: Mantık Devreleri'nin ("Uygulama") verilerle ne yaptığını sade bir dille anlatır. Uygulamanın kullanıcıları arasında 13 yaşından küçükler de bulunduğu için Uygulama, çocukların gizliliğini koruyacak şekilde ayarlanmıştır.

Kısaca

• Biz sizden hiçbir kişisel veri toplamıyoruz. Sunucumuz yok; hiçbir veri bize gönderilmez.

• Hesap, giriş, analiz (istatistik) aracı ve çökme raporlayıcı yoktur.

• Oyun, ücretsiz kalabilmek için Google AdMob ile reklam gösterir. Reklamlar çocuklara yönelik hizmet ayarlarıyla istenir: kişiselleştirilmez, ilgi alanına dayalı reklam ve yeniden pazarlama yapılmaz, içerik "G" (genel izleyici) derecesiyle sınırlıdır. Reklamı göstermek için Google sınırlı teknik veri işler (bkz. madde 2).

• Satın almaları Apple (App Store) ve Google (Google Play) yürütür; ödeme bilgilerinizi görmeyiz.

• Oyun ilerlemesi yalnızca cihazınızda saklanır.

1. Cihazınızda saklanan bilgiler

Uygulama şu bilgileri yalnızca cihazınızın uygulama depolamasında tutar: tamamlanan bölümler ve yıldızlar, jeton ve ipucu bakiyesi, hangi tanıtımların gösterildiği, ses ve dil ayarları, reklam sayacı ve son reklamın zamanı, "reklamları kaldır" satın alımının yapılıp yapılmadığı ve yerel satın alma kaydı (verilen satın almalar ve mağazanın işlem numaraları; aynı satın almanın iki kez verilmemesi için). Bu bilgiler bize veya başka birine gönderilmez. Uygulamayı silmek bu bilgileri de siler. Cihazınızın kendi yedekleme özelliği (iCloud, Google yedeklemesi) açıksa bu dosyalar işletim sisteminin yedeğine dahil olabilir; bu yedekler Apple veya Google hesabınızın ayarlarına tabidir.

2. Reklamlar (Google AdMob)

Uygulama, Google LLC ve bağlı şirketlerinin (Avrupa Ekonomik Alanı ve İsviçre'de Google Ireland Limited) sunduğu Google AdMob reklam hizmetini kullanır.

Reklamlar nasıl istenir:

• Her reklam isteği, dünyanın her yerinde, Google'a "çocuk" olarak işaretlenerek gönderilir (Google'ın çocuklara yönelik muamele ayarı; önceki adlarıyla "tagForChildDirectedTreatment" ve "tagForUnderAgeOfConsent"). Google bu isteklerde ilgi alanına dayalı reklam, kişiselleştirilmiş reklam ve yeniden pazarlama yapmaz.

• Reklam içeriği en fazla "G" (genel izleyici) derecesiyle sınırlıdır.

• iOS'ta uygulama izleme izni (App Tracking Transparency) istenmez ve reklam tanımlayıcısına (IDFA) erişilmez. Android'de reklam kimliği izni uygulamadan kaldırılmıştır; Android reklam kimliği gönderilmez.

• İlk 4 bölümde reklam gösterilmez. Sonrasında geçiş reklamı yalnızca bölüm bitince, en fazla 3 bölümde bir ve en az 3 dakika arayla gösterilir. "Reklam izle, ipucu al" seçeneği tamamen isteğe bağlıdır.

• "Reklamları kaldır" satın alımı geçiş reklamlarını tamamen kapatır; isteğe bağlı "reklam izle, ipucu al" seçeneği yalnızca siz seçerseniz çalışır.

Google'ın işleyebileceği veriler: Google Mobile Ads SDK, reklamı göstermek, aynı reklamın ne sıklıkla gösterildiğini sınırlamak, reklam gösterimini ölçmek ve dolandırıcılığı önlemek için şu teknik verileri işleyebilir:

• IP adresi (cihazın yaklaşık konumunu, örneğin ülkesini tahmin etmek için; GPS konumu kullanılmaz),

• cihaz ve uygulama bilgileri (cihaz modeli, işletim sistemi sürümü, dil, uygulama sürümü),

• uygulamaya veya geliştiriciye özgü tanımlayıcılar (Android'de App Set ID, iOS'ta satıcıya özgü tanımlayıcı IDFV),

• reklam etkileşimleri (hangi reklamın gösterildiği, dokunulup dokunulmadığı, video izlenmesi),

• performans ve teşhis bilgileri (uygulama açılış süresi, çökme kayıtları gibi).

Bu veriler doğrudan Google'a gider; biz bunları görmeyiz ve saklamayız. Google bu verileri kendi politikalarına göre işler:

3. Uygulama içi satın almalar

Uygulama isteğe bağlı üç ürün sunar: 5 ipucu, 20 ipucu ve reklamları kaldırma. Her satın alma ve satın alımları geri yükleme, ebeveyn kontrolünden (sözle yazılmış bir çarpma sorusu) geçer. Ödemeyi Apple App Store veya Google Play kendi sistemiyle alır; kart ve hesap bilgilerinizi biz görmeyiz. Uygulama yalnızca mağazadan gelen "satın alma tamamlandı" onayını cihazda alır ve ipucu bakiyesini, reklamsız hakkını ve işlem numarasını cihazda kaydeder. Satın alımlar mağaza hesabınız üzerinden geri yüklenebilir. 4. Diller ve ülkeler

Uygulama 17 dilde kullanılabilir (Türkçe, İngilizce, İspanyolca, Portekizce (Brezilya), Fransızca, Almanca, İtalyanca, Lehçe, Rusça, Endonezce, Vietnamca, Tayca, Hintçe, Arapça, Japonca, Korece, Geleneksel Çince) ve birçok ülkede dağıtılır. Dil, cihazınızın diline göre seçilir veya Ayarlar'dan değiştirilir; bu seçim yalnızca cihazda saklanır ve çeviri için hiçbir veri gönderilmez. Bu politika hangi dilde ve hangi ülkede kullanırsanız kullanın aynıdır; Türkçe ve İngilizce metin arasında fark olursa Türkçe metin esas alınır. Uygulama içindeki gizlilik metni Türkçe ya da İngilizce gösterilir.

5. Toplamadığımız ve istemediğimiz şeyler

Adınızı, e-posta adresinizi, telefon numaranızı, fotoğraflarınızı, kişilerinizi, GPS konumunuzu istemeyiz. Uygulama kamera, mikrofon veya konum izni istemez. Sohbet, kullanıcı içeriği paylaşımı, sosyal medya özelliği ve hesap yoktur. Analiz ve çökme raporlama aracı kullanılmaz.

6. Çocukların gizliliği (COPPA, GDPR, KVKK)

• ABD (COPPA): Çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamayız. Reklam hizmeti yukarıdaki çocuk ayarlarıyla çalışır; Google'ın işlediği tanımlayıcılar ilgi alanına dayalı reklam veya profil oluşturma için değil, reklamın gösterilmesi, sıklık sınırı, ölçüm ve güvenlik gibi hizmetin işleyişi için kullanılır. Ebeveynler sorularını aşağıdaki adrese iletebilir.

• Avrupa Birliği ve Birleşik Krallık (GDPR, UK GDPR, madde 8): Biz kişisel veri işlemeyiz. Tüm reklam istekleri "çocuk" olarak işaretlendiği için bu bölgelerde de kişiselleştirilmiş reklam gösterilmez.

• Türkiye (KVKK, 6698 sayılı Kanun): Uygulama bizim adımıza kişisel veri toplamaz. Reklam için Google'ın işlediği teknik veriler (madde 2) Google'ın yurt dışındaki sunucularında işlenir. Bu işlemenin amacı ücretsiz oyunun reklamla finanse edilmesidir. KVKK madde 11 kapsamındaki haklarınızla (bilgi talep etme, düzeltme, silme, itiraz vb.) ilgili başvurularınızı aşağıdaki adrese iletebilirsiniz.

7. Haklarınız ve verilerin silinmesi

Cihazınızdaki oyun verileri sizin kontrolünüzdedir; uygulamayı silerek hepsini kaldırabilirsiniz. Google'ın reklam için işlediği veriler için Google'ın araçlarını ve politikalarını kullanabilirsiniz (https://myaccount.google.com). Bizde saklanan bir veri olmadığından, sizi tanımlayabileceğimiz bir kaydımız da yoktur; yine de her soru ve talebinize yanıt veririz. Yaşadığınız ülkenin veri koruma kurumuna (Türkiye'de Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurumu) şikâyette bulunma hakkınız saklıdır.

8. Güvenlik

Google Mobile Ads SDK verileri şifreli bağlantıyla (TLS) iletir. Cihazdaki oyun verileri, cihazınızın kendi güvenlik önlemleriyle (ekran kilidi, şifreleme) korunur.

9. Değişiklikler

Bu politika uygulamanın içinde de okunabilir: Ayarlar → Gizlilik. Bu politika değişirse güncel metin bu sayfada yayınlanır ve üstteki yürürlük tarihi değişir. Önemli değişiklikler uygulama güncellemesiyle birlikte duyurulur.

Gate Master: Logic Gates — Privacy Policy

This policy explains, in plain language, what the logic-gate puzzle game Gate Master: Logic Gates (the "App") does with data. Because the App's players include children under 13, the App is set up to protect children's privacy.

In short

• We do not collect any personal data from you. We have no servers, and no data is sent to us.

• There are no accounts, no logins, no analytics and no crash reporting.

• To stay free, the game shows ads through Google AdMob. Ads are requested with child-directed settings: they are not personalized, there is no interest-based advertising or remarketing, and ad content is limited to a "G" (general audiences) rating. To serve an ad, Google processes limited technical data (see section 2).

• Purchases are handled by Apple (App Store) and Google (Google Play). We never see your payment details.

• Game progress is stored only on your device.

1. What the App stores on your device

The App keeps the following only in your device's app storage: completed levels and stars, coin and hint balances, which tutorials have been shown, sound and language settings, the ad counter and the time of the last ad, whether "Remove Ads" was purchased, and a local purchase record (the purchases granted and the store's transaction IDs, so the same purchase is never granted twice). None of this is sent to us or to anyone else. Deleting the App deletes this data. If your device's own backup (iCloud, Google backup) is turned on, these files may be included in the operating system's backup, which is governed by your Apple or Google account settings.

2. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The App uses Google AdMob, an advertising service of Google LLC and its affiliates (Google Ireland Limited in the European Economic Area and Switzerland).

How ads are requested:

• Every ad request, everywhere in the world, is tagged for Google as coming from a child (Google's child treatment setting, formerly called "tagForChildDirectedTreatment" and "tagForUnderAgeOfConsent"). For these requests Google does not serve interest-based ads, personalized ads or remarketing.

• Ad content is limited to a maximum rating of "G" (general audiences).

• On iOS, the App never asks for App Tracking Transparency permission and does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA). On Android, the advertising ID permission is removed from the App, and the Android advertising ID is not sent.

• No ads are shown in the first 4 levels. After that, an interstitial ad is shown only when a level is finished, at most once every 3 levels and at least 3 minutes apart. The "watch an ad to get a hint" option is entirely optional.

• The "Remove Ads" purchase turns off interstitial ads completely; the optional "watch an ad to get a hint" option only runs if you choose it.

Data Google may process: the Google Mobile Ads SDK may process the following technical data to show ads, limit how often the same ad is shown, measure ad delivery and prevent fraud:

• IP address (to estimate the device's general location, such as the country; GPS location is not used),

• device and app information (device model, operating system version, language, app version),

• app- or developer-scoped identifiers (App Set ID on Android, identifier for vendor (IDFV) on iOS),

• ad interactions (which ad was shown, whether it was tapped, video views),

• performance and diagnostic information (such as app launch time and crash logs).

This data goes directly to Google; we do not see or store it. Google processes it under its own policies:

3. In-app purchases

The App offers three optional products: 5 hints, 20 hints and Remove Ads. Every purchase and every restore goes through a parental gate (a multiplication question written in words). Payment is taken by the Apple App Store or Google Play through their own systems; we never see your card or account details. The App only receives the store's "purchase completed" confirmation on the device and records the hint balance, the ad-free status and the transaction ID on the device. 4. Languages and countries

The App is available in 17 languages (Turkish, English, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), French, German, Italian, Polish, Russian, Indonesian, Vietnamese, Thai, Hindi, Arabic, Japanese, Korean, Traditional Chinese) and is distributed in many countries. The language follows your device language or can be changed in Settings; this choice is stored only on the device and no data is sent for translation. This policy is the same whatever language you use and wherever you use the App. In the App, the privacy text is shown in English or Turkish.

5. What we do not collect or ask for

We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, photos, contacts or GPS location. The App does not request camera, microphone or location permission. There is no chat, no sharing of user content, no social media features and no account. No analytics or crash reporting tools are used.

6. Children's privacy (COPPA, GDPR, KVKK)

• United States (COPPA): We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The advertising service runs with the child-directed settings described above; the identifiers Google processes are used to operate the service (showing the ad, frequency capping, measurement and security), not for interest-based advertising or profiling. Parents can send any question to the address below.

• European Union and United Kingdom (GDPR, UK GDPR, Article 8): We do not process personal data. Because every ad request is tagged as coming from a child, no personalized ads are shown in these regions either.

• Türkiye (KVKK, Law No. 6698): The App does not collect personal data on our behalf. The technical data Google processes for advertising (section 2) is processed on Google's servers outside Türkiye, for the purpose of funding the free game through ads. You can send requests about your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK (information, correction, deletion, objection and others) to the address below.

7. Your rights and deleting data

The game data on your device is under your control; deleting the App removes all of it. For data Google processes for advertising, you can use Google's tools and policies (https://myaccount.google.com). Because we do not store any data, we have no records that could identify you, but we will answer every question and request. You also have the right to complain to the data protection authority in your country.

8. Security

The Google Mobile Ads SDK sends data over encrypted connections (TLS). Game data on the device is protected by your device's own security (screen lock, encryption).

9. Changes

The policy is also available inside the app: Settings → Privacy. If this policy changes, the current text is published on this page and the effective date above is updated. Important changes are announced with an app update.
