This privacy policy applies to the Kapitan Ligtas: Dengue Fighter mobile game (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by PROJ3CT ADAM (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider"). The game is provided as a free service, and users agree to use it "AS IS."
The Application does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) from users. However, certain data may be collected for the following purposes:
Leaderboard Data: Users can input or submit any name or alias they wish to use in the leaderboard. This data is not stored permanently and is reset at the end of each month.
Chatbot Usage: The Application includes a rule-based chatbot ("Kapitan Ligtas") that provides general information about dengue symptoms, prevention, and treatment awareness using predefined responses. The chatbot operates entirely on-device and does not collect, store, or retain any user conversation history. All chat interactions are temporary and are automatically discarded once the session ends. The chatbot does not request, transmit, or store any personal data.
Third-Party Services: The Application uses third-party services for advertisements, including AdMob. These services may collect non-personally identifiable information (such as device information, IP addresses, and usage data) for the purpose of serving personalized ads. We do not control the data collection practices of these services.
For a better experience, third-party services like AdMob may request certain data for ad personalization and analytics. However, we do not collect or retain personal data.
The Service Provider may share aggregated, anonymized data with third parties to help improve the Application and its services. The following third-party services may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies:

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application. You may use the standard uninstall process available through your mobile device or via the mobile app marketplace.
Leaderboard Data: The leaderboard data (name/alias) submitted by players is deleted completely at the end of each month and is not stored beyond that time.
Chatbot Data: The rule-based chatbot ("Kapitan Ligtas") does not collect or store any data. All chatbot interactions are processed locally on the user’s device and are automatically discarded once the session ends. No chat history or personal information is retained.
Third-Party Service Data: The Service Provider will retain any data submitted through third-party services (such as AdMob) only for as long as required by those services and will not store any data permanently.

The Service Provider does not knowingly solicit data from, or market to, children under the age of 13.
The Application does not collect or store personally identifiable information from children under the age of 13.
In the event that the Service Provider becomes aware that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will immediately delete this data from our servers.

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We provide reasonable physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect the data we process.
