By commissioning me, you are agreeing to:

-my listed terms of service

-to keep in contact with me through the commissioning process

-You may request a model through my discord (Kaphii#3304) or Twitter (@Kaphii)

-If the psd is not properly cut, I'll refuse the commission

-Payments will be made through PayPal

-I will not do any kind of nsfw

-Half of total payment will be made before I begin work and the other half will be paid after I complete your model

- Refunds will be issued if the client cancels the order

-The percentage of refunds given are on a case-by-case basis

-I'll send wips of your model and you may request slight changes

-Once I'm finished, the model will be sent as a .moc3 file along with all expression files and files for the model to properly function

-You won't receive the original editable Live2D, only the files for facial tracking

-You made use the model for any kind of commercial purposes

-Crediting me is not required just appreciated
