As you park your car in the driveway of Kanha Krish Kunj Villa, you’re met with lush greenery and my reliable caretaker, Mr. Vilas, who shall help you check into the property.
You’ll also glimpse the lawn from the entrance, but let me tell you more about the villa first.
✰Spacious Living Room✰
When you enter through the main door, you see a spacious living room large enough to host up to 12 guests.
Ample sunlight enters through the windows into this area, and you’ll probably spend much of your time having fun with your loved ones here.
Relax on the sofa, or sit on the chairs and have a delightful gossip session with the fam!
Crank up music and dance, or enjoy the vibe with a drink.

Our kitchenette is well equipped for heating any food, making tea, coffee, or some Maggi too.
The fridge is great for setting up all the ice you need and storing drinks or extra food.
While we don’t allow full-fledged cooking in the kitchen since it’s a safety hazard, who cooks on a vacation anyway? Enjoy a lip-smacking meal from the clubhouse delivered straight to the villa.
Let the moms relax and enjoy a well-deserved vacation.

A powder bathroom is attached to the living room in case anyone needs to use it. No one needs to disturb the guests in the bedrooms!

A fully equipped AC bedroom with an attached bathroom & geyser is available on the ground floor. It is handy for senior citizens who want to avoid climbing stairs.
A peaceful night's sleep on the soft queen-sized bed is all they need to get some rest from all the traveling.

As you climb up the stairs, you'll find the corridor with a dedicated desk in case you need to finish some office work or your children need to complete some unfinished homework.

The main lawn area is 1500 sq ft and great for badminton, football or some cricket.

✰Areas Accessible to Guests✰
As a guest, you can access the entire property area of Kanha Krish Kunj Villa & its lawn, along with the public areas of the Palm Village, like pathways, gardens, etc.
✰Do Not Trespass✰
Please do not trespass into the private areas of any other property owner, as there are CCTVs set up across the gated community, and it will lead to issues.
Drinking or smoking in any area other than the villa premises is prohibited.

The villa is in a highly accessible gated community - Palm Village, along the Karjat-Murbad road.
Your commute inside the Gated community from the clubhouse or gate to the property is, at max, a 5-10 min walk.
Since it's the perfect family getaway in nature, traveling outside the gated community requires transport -

>Highly Recommended as it is ideal for visiting any tourist place or essential store. Onsite parking for up to 3 cars is available.
> Although taxis and rickshaws can be arranged on prior notice, private transport is highly recommended to move around.
> Busses and rickshaws are also available at Murbad Depot, 6 KM from the property.

Early check-in and late check-out will be provided depending on availability for an extra charge of Rs. 1,000/- per hour.
● Kitchen
> The kitchen is a mini kitchenette only available for basic food warming, making tea or coffee.
> Full-fledged cooking is not allowed at the property.
● Parking
Parking for 2-3 cars is available at the property driveway and adjacent road.
Please do not park your cars in common areas of Palm Villa (Gated Community), as it may obstruct the path for other guests.
● Pet Policy:
Kanha Krish Kunj Villa is a pet-friendly property, but please note the following.
> Please clean up after your pets.
> Stray dogs and other animals may roam freely in the gated community; it is your responsibility to ensure the safety of your pets.
> The lawn area is fenced, but pets may run off, so please keep your pets on a leash outdoors.
> Please ensure that your pet doesn’t disturb or harm neighbors or staff
> Please ensure your pet doesn’t trespass into the properties of other Villa/Plot owners in the gated community.
> Any damages caused by the pets will be chargeable.
● Smoking & Alcohol:
Smoking and drinking are both allowed only inside the property.
Please note the following rules.
> Ensure you do not create a mess at the property or nearby area
> Smoking & drinking are not allowed in common areas of the gated community
> Causing problems, damages, or disrespecting staff or neighbors after drinking will not be tolerated - you may be asked to leave immediately.
> Ideally, try to smoke on the balcony, patio, or living room & not in the bedrooms as the smell doesn’t disappear quickly.
> Please throw ash, cigarette buds, and alcohol bottles in the dustbins.
● Parties and events:
The villa is in a residential gated community; no parties or events are allowed at the property.
We mainly cater to families; if you’re coming with friends or teenagers looking to party hard - we recommend you book an isolated place on the outskirts. We are not the right fit for you.
● Visitors:
Visitors beyond the number of guests mentioned when booking are not allowed inside the gated community.
● Noise Restrictions:
The villa is located in a residential gated community - Palm Village. Please adhere to the noise restrictions to ensure a memorable stay for you and other guests residing in the community.
Music must played inside the property after 10 p.m. at a reasonable volume.
In case the caretaker asks you to lower the volume, please do so, as it is only because neighbors have complained.
While you can hang around on the balcony or the lawn after 10 PM, please ensure that the noise is minimal & doesn’t disturb neighbors.
● Ensuring Security:
To ensure security - please close the doors and windows when you go out or are not awake.
Do not leave any valuables unattended.
We have set up CCTV cameras outside the property to ensure safety.
Please report any suspicious activity to us immediately.
● Damages & Fines:
We expect guests to take care of the property as their own. However, we have had experiences where guests didn’t do so.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused by them or their guests.
Any damages to the property must be reported to us immediately.
In case of any damages, a minimum fine of Rs. 2,500/- or the amount required for repairs, whichever is higher, will be levied.
● Drugs & Illegal Activities:
> Strict legal action will be taken if you break the following rules.
> Buying, Selling, Carrying, Using, or Consuming drugs is strictly prohibited.
> All activities recognized as illegal by the Indian Legal System are strictly prohibited.
● Clubhouse Rules:
> Timings are 9 AM to 6 PM - plan accordingly.
> No smoking or drinking in the clubhouse, pool or common areas.
● Please Note:
> The Airtel network is very weak in the area; you’ll have to go to Murbad for connectivity.
> The Jio network is strong and usable.
> Please be careful while taking the exit on Karjat-Murbad road for Palm Village, as people drive fast in both lanes. Use proper indicators to avoid mishaps.
