I am a postdoctoral researcher at the School of Electrical Engineering, Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), under the continued supervision of Professor Song Min Kim.
My research proposes millimeter-wave backscatter systems with >50 dB SNR boost, achieving ×20 accuracy, ×13 coverage and ×21 scalability over SOTA indoor localization (open-sourced@GitHub).
I am the only researcher with multiple best paper awards in premier SIGMOBILE conferences – i.e., MobiSys, MobiCom, and SenSys altogether – as (co-)primary author.
Efforts are underway to commercialize the technology, in collaboration with over 30+ companies and organizations.
