The Azi gi is a relatively small nation formed from rebellion against the UHALE. For what little political power it has, it also has rather grand goals, like preserving many of Gi’s wild animals in the face of their extinction. As well as a little land on Gi, it also controls some asteroid mining infrastructure, some space stations, and a relatively large continent on the nearly-terraformed Arem.
This nation is virtually the only one in the Ewi yerda system with more alien inhabitants than Azi lana; in this case, humans and lomanos. The dominant culture is a mish-mash of ideals from various nations. The political conflict caused by these differing beliefs is a great source of inspiration for Azi gi’s art and media, and its comics, films, and games are often praised for their timeless insights.
