To use her, you can watch the tutorial provided or do the following:

She is romaji CV, so keep that in mind.

Download the folder and drag the folder into UTAU. She is not currently available with openutau. 

Load a UST (that is simple CV romaji) and load it in. She should take a minute to work. If there are little exclamation marks in a yellow box above a note, she cannot sing the UST.

V1 arpasing is not released yet due to lots of issues with the oto and samples being low quality, it will get fixed and released in the future.
