I am an associate professor at the Faculty of Law of Tokyo Metropolitan University. I received my PhD in Political Science from the Department of Government at the University of Essex in 2019.

I study comparative politics (e.g., regime change, domestic conflict, protests, hereditary political institutions) with specialisation in the politics of Thailand.
