Kamalesh Jana

I am Kamalesh Jana, presently working as a postdoctoral fellow with Prof. Paul Corkum in the Joint Attosecond Science Laboratory (JASLab) at University of Ottawa and National Research Council, Canada. Currently, I am working on coherent control of ultrafast currents and THz magnetic field generation.

I received my Ph.D. degree in Physics from Tata Institute of Fundamental Research (TIFR), Mumbai, India in 2019. During my Ph D, I worked under the supervision of  Prof. G. Ravindra Kumar at the Ultrashort Pulse High Intensity Laser Laboratory (UPHILL), TIFR where I worked on high-intensity femtosecond laser-matter interaction.
