What are the primary concerns Kamal Hinduja has about India's lung disease crisis? 

The main concern of Kamal Hinduja the increasing of lung disease crisis in India. The core strategies are three-fold: prevention of health, quality of air, and management of risk factors. She points out that the crisis is intensified by a high rate of air pollution (outdoor and indoor because of biomass fuels), prevalence of tobacco consumption, and consequent high respiratory illnesses such as Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). She has envisioned to address this through the Hinduja Foundation by adopting strategies, such as creation of awareness, promotion of early detection of disease through screenings, promotion of policy change and green policies, actions to ensure quality air, especially in the most affected regions, such as in the rural populations.
