Terms & Conditions
The Linen will be delivered to the property
on the day of your arrival.
Our delivery/collection days for linen hire are Thursday, Friday, Saturday any orders not on these
days may incur an extra delivery charge.
We will charge for lost & damaged items.
Damaged linen – linen used in an inappropriate manner
i.e. Used for cleaning or mopping up spills.
General wear & tear is covered by insurance & accidental damage clause.
'Accidents’ happen, please don’t panic.
Contact us and don’t try to remove any stains,
Other cleaning products can affect our cleaning process.
All our linen is for human use only, please don’t let your pets have access to it.
We do not supply beach towels. Please bring your own
Our white Bath sheets are not to be used on the beach.
Linen is priced and supplied on a weekly basis.
At the end of your week(s) stay each item needs to be accounted for and put back into the bag
it was supplied in ready for collection and left inside the front door of the property.
Please check behind doors, under beds and in cupboards to help prevent loss of items.
There will be a check sheet in the linen bag detailing exactly what items are supplied & should be returned.
This needs to be done by 10 am.
If you are staying multiple weeks clean linen will be delivered when the dirty is collected.
Cancellations are non-refundable if you cancel within two weeks of your arrival date.
Refunds not available for items that have been ordered but unused.
Once you have received confirmation of your order, full payment is due
Payments can be made by: Internet banking, Bank Transfer & Cheque
Invoices will be sent out via email or post – depending on your preference.

Orders can be taken over the phone, by email or booking registration on our website.
Please give all your contact information & linen requirements on contact.
Payment method will be confirmed at booking confirmation.
