Guidelines
Indicate the type of banner you want by looking at my examples below, and then give me an idea of what you'd like, for example:
colors you'd like on it, or color theme in general
elements that make you think of your character (some animal, fireworks, guns, hearts, stars)
words you'd want on it
if you have a favorite font
if you have a specific image in mind or a gif you want me to use (if you actually give me the gif/image there will be a discount because I don't have to look for them/make them: 0,5 euro if you provide a static image, 1 euro if you provide the gif)
size of avatar/width of banner including possible border/glow/shadow
anything else you may want to specify
My speed will depend on your request. There are five types of banner (static, static with transparency, static with overlay, fake transparency with overlay, and involving gifs) and I'll make changes to your liking, as long as you know that one type can't turn into another, like going from static to having gifs, because that will change the price.

I'll be writing the price next to the various examples, but first:
Given that people often use banners not only for things like 'x answers 'x headcanons' 'x starter' but also for each verse, I want to offer a 10% discount on the final price if you buy a pack of five of your choosing. If you want a double of the same banner but for a different universe, for example 'Ariel, mermaid universe Headcanons' and 'Ariel college student Headcanons' and all I have to change is a few words and maybe a color, you can ask for the additional banner for only 0.5 euros more.
If you want more than five banners for any reason, the extra ones will be 40% off each.
However you pay, if you add a reason/cause write that you are doing it to support me, my art or my dogs, as if you are donating the money without receiving anything in return! Don't make it sound like you are buying stuff. This to avoid a misunderstanding with the authorities here, who may think I have a secret business and I'm hiding thousands of dollars behind this operation, and in any case they'd want me to have a business license even for something like iconing, which would cost me 3000+ euros + taxes per year.

When to pay:
I ask for half of the money in advance if it's more than 10 euros, the rest after I show you proof that I've finished (a photo of the open folder on my phone, probably). Then you pay.
If it's less than 10 euros wait for the proof before you pay anyway. You pay, then I send.
If something happens like my computer breaking and I can't go on, I'll reimburse you. If I get horribly sick and it's taking me a month (a scenario that has never happened), we'll talk about what you want to do.

Type 1: static, the typical rectangle for people who just want a banner, no transparency. 1,5 euro each.

A background with something that represents your character, things like url/name, lots of the same word underneath, borders or not (in the example two borders, a normal background but with a gradient on top, different lights over the words, shadows). You can ask for just one word at the bottom instead of the same repeating, choose the words, ask for an additional image overlaying on it.

For example an avatar/icon with your character's face that is bigger than the banner with the words, or straight up just the avatar/icon and the words. Optional glows, shadows, borders included. 2,5 euros.
Type 3: banners with overlay on the text or on the background/icon.

Everything is the same size because gifs don't support transparency. 3,5 euros.
Type 4: banners with the same style as type 2 (an icon bigger than the banner) and a gif overlaying somewhere.

Given that gifs can't support transparency, at least on tumblr, there will be white matte around the banner, it won't be transparent but solid looking. Just putting the option out there in case you don't care or want me to try to a background of the color of your blog posts to 'pretend' it's transparent. In the example below you can say the overlay in the avatars. 3,7 euros.
