3. Booking & Payment Terms

• An initial advance is required to confirm your project.

• Project will commence only after signing of agreement and design approval.

• Payment must be made in milestones as agreed upon in the contract.

• Delayed payments may result in a hold on project execution or warranty.
  
  

4. Design Ownership

• All designs created by Kalakaar Homes are the intellectual property of the firm.

• Clients receive a non-transferable right to use the final design for personal use only.

• Any reproduction, resale, or use of the design for commercial purposes is prohibited without written consent.
  
  

5. Material Selection & Customization

• Final materials are selected and confirmed by the client before execution.

• Kalakaar Homes is not responsible for delays caused by third-party suppliers or custom orders beyond our control.

• Once production starts, no changes can be made to the design or layout.
  
  

6. Site Conditions & Client Obligations

• Clients must ensure safe and uninterrupted site access for our team.

• Any damage caused by third-party contractors, delays from the client’s end, or unsafe conditions at the site are the client’s responsibility.

• We require electrical, plumbing, and civil readiness before execution.
  
  

7. Warranty

• Warranty is applicable only upon full and final payment.

• Warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for the agreed duration.

• Any damage due to misuse, third-party alterations, or external factors is not covered.

9. Limitation of Liability

Kalakaar Homes is not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential losses

• Client dissatisfaction caused due to deviation from original designs due to site constraints or material unavailability

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mangalore, Karnataka.
