Refund / Cancellation Policy

At Kalakaar Homes, we are committed to delivering high-quality interior design services with customer satisfaction as our top priority. However, due to the nature of our customized services and the amount of planning and execution involved, we maintain the following refund and cancellation policy:

1. Project Cancellation by Client

• Clients may cancel a project before the design approval stage. In such cases:
  
  

  • 15% of the total project amount (if already paid) will be retained to cover consultation, design work, and administrative costs.
    
    

  • Any additional amount paid (if any) beyond 15% will be refunded within 14 working days.
    
    

• Once the design is approved and execution has begun, no cancellation or refund will be accepted.
  
  

2. Refund for Advance Payment

• The advance amount paid for project confirmation or booking is non-refundable if the client cancels the project after 3 days from the date of payment.
  
  

• If cancelled within 3 days, and no work has been initiated, a 50% refund of the advance may be processed at the discretion of the management.
  
  

3. Cancellation by Kalakaar Homes

• In rare cases, if we are forced to cancel the project due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, the client will receive a full refund of any amount paid, excluding amounts already spent on executed work or delivered materials.
  
  

4. Refund for Undelivered Products or Services

• If a client has paid for a product or service that has not been delivered or executed, and cancellation is requested before delivery, we will refund the applicable amount after deducting processing and resource charges, if any.
  
  

5. No Refund in the Following Cases

• Client delays or indecisiveness after execution begins
  
  

• Change of mind after material procurement or site installation
  
  

• Work affected due to client-side delays, site unavailability, or third-party interference
  
  

6. Custom Work Clause

All our designs, furniture, and execution are customized as per client preferences. Hence, no refund will be provided for completed or partially completed custom-made items.

7. Mode of Refund

• Approved refunds will be processed through the original method of payment or bank transfer within 14 working days from the date of approval.
